Hi, my name is Sebastian. Back in 2017 with nearly 0 experience with the construction world and absolutely no knowledge of the planning and permitting phases of construction, I was hired to be a part of both. After 8 years and over 600 (maybe 700…. I lost count a long time ago) projects permitted I have become pretty confident in the skills and knowledge I’ve acquired and hope to teach others.

Here’s the thing…. almost every time I go into a building department, there is at least one person there who is frustrated and nearly at the breaking point. They have everything ready to go and getting what seems like a silly piece of paper is the only thing standing in their way. I get it, I really do. And because of that I want to help people not get to that point. I know that armed with a bit of knowledge and a glimpse of what to expect, homeowners and contractors alike can find real success in getting their projects from being just a concept to the first hammer swing!
